Refund Policy

Refund Window

This refund is available once per user, for your first Mastery Plan subscription only. Renewals and subsequent billing cycles are not eligible for refund under this policy, except where required by applicable law.

Your Statutory Rights

If the consumer protection laws in your country of residence provide you with refund or withdrawal rights beyond this policy, those rights apply and take priority. Nothing in this policy limits any mandatory rights you may have under applicable law.

What's Covered

• First-time Mastery Plan purchase, refund requested within 14 days of the original transaction date
• Technical failures that prevented you from accessing the platform, verified by our support team

What's Not Covered

• Requests made after the 14-day window has passed, unless required by applicable law
• Renewal or subsequent billing cycles after your first subscription
• Partial or prorated refunds for mid-cycle cancellations
• Accounts terminated for confirmed fraud, payment abuse, or manipulative refund behaviour
• Free tier usage (no payment was made, so there is nothing to refund)

How to Request a Refund

Email teamlearnoptima@valynx.net with your account email and the subject line "Refund Request." Include your subscription date so we can confirm you're within the 14-day window.

We aim to acknowledge every request within 24 hours.

Processing Time

Approved refunds are processed within 5-7 business days. Funds are returned to your original payment method via our payment processor, Paddle. Processing times beyond this point are determined by your bank or card issuer, not by us.

Cancellation vs. Refund

Cancelling your subscription is different from requesting a refund. You may cancel at any time from Account Settings, effective at the end of your current billing period, with no penalty. A refund specifically reverses a payment already made and is only available under the terms above.
