LearnOptima, including its source code, design, features, branding, and AI models, is the exclusive property of Valynx and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

AI-Generated Content

Content generated by our AI models (roadmaps, lessons, exercises, quizzes, feedback) is subject to the following terms:

• Personal Use License: You may use AI-generated content for personal learning purposes only
• Limited Sharing: You may share snippets or excerpts with proper attribution to LearnOptima
• Commercial Restrictions: You may not sell, license, or commercially exploit AI-generated content without written permission
• No Derivatives: Creating derivative courses or training materials based on our content is prohibited

User-Generated Content

Content you create on the Platform (notes, exercise submissions, profile information) remains your property. However, by using LearnOptima, you grant us:

• A non-exclusive license to store, process, and display your content

Certificates and Credentials

Certificates issued upon roadmap completion are:

• Indirect Damages: Consequential, incidental, punitive, or special damages

• Service Interruptions: Downtime, data loss, or technical failures

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless LearnOptima, Valynx, and our affiliates from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from:

• Your violation of these Terms
• Your misuse of the Platform
• Your infringement of intellectual property rights
• Your actions that harm other users or third parties

Your Right to Terminate

You may terminate your account at any time by:

• Navigating to Account Settings and selecting "Delete Account"
• Emailing teamlearnoptima@valynx.net with "Delete Account" in the subject

Effect of Termination: Upon deletion, your subscription is canceled, and your account data is removed per our Privacy Policy. Roadmap content and progress are deleted within 30 days.

Our Right to Terminate

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account immediately, with or without notice, if:

• You violate these Terms or our Acceptable Use Policy
• Your account is associated with fraudulent activity
• You engage in abusive or harmful conduct toward other users or staff
• You attempt to circumvent payment or subscription limits

Data Retention After Termination

• Account data is deleted within 30 days of termination
• Anonymized usage data may be retained for analytics and legal compliance
• Billing records are retained as required by law (typically 7 years)

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time to reflect changes in our services, legal requirements, or business practices.
